It's so important to take a moment to breathe and set up your day in the morning, or re-set your day when you need to find your bliss. It's also the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day.
Ideally, you should allow yourself 10 minutes of silence, but for some of us, we need to work our way there and focus on something. Also, I'm a realist, so I am including 5 and one minute videos as well.
These are some of my favorite sounds I have collected from my travels.
